Other Circumstances
If you do not belong to any of the two circumstances above, you are required a visa to enter the People's Republic of China. Please check with your local Chinese embassy or consulate to obtain the necessary documents. Please allow enough time to process your visa. On request during the online registration, the Chinese Medical Association is pleased to send a Visa Letter. Such a letter is not a commitment on the part of the CSA to provide any financial support, nor is it a guarantee of the acceptance of an abstract, nor a guarantee that the consulate will issue the visa. While we are pleased to provide documentation of your registration to attend CSA2024, visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the consular officer. Letters of invitation and visa letters are sent to only those individuals who are registered to attend CSA2024 and whose payments have been verified.
